Avec trois parcours divergents à la sortie de leurs études en architecture, Luc, Quentin et Marin se sont retrouvés pour mêler leurs expériences au sein de projets communs. Cette complémentarité d’approche permet un regard pluriel sur des sujets qui leur sont chers comme l’auto-(éco)construction, la valeur de l’artisanat, ou l’évolution des territoires. La réalisation de micro-architectures est pour eux un moyen de questionner l’environnement, bâti ou paysager, et d’expérimenter des modes constructifs non-conventionnels.
The career paths of Luc, Quentin and Marin took them different ways after finishing their studies in architecture, but they came back to work on joint projects together and combine their experience. Their complementary approaches mean that they each bring a different vision to subjects they are passionate about, such as eco-friendly self-building, the value of craftsmanship and the evolution of land. For them, creating micro-architectural structures is a way to bring the built or landscape environment into question, and to experiment with unconventional building techniques.

Symphonie pastorale

Symphonie pastorale est une micro-architecture élancée évoquant l’archétype du clocher. Repère à la fois temporel et visuel, le symbole du clocher est synonyme de centralité. Ce point névralgique est ici déplacé au cœur de ce qui fait le Sancy : son activité pastorale. Le
déplacement du clocher questionne le regard porté sur les espaces agricoles, leur évolution, leur transformation.
Le public sera ici acteur de la ruralité le temps d’un instant, il pourra composer sa symphonie pastorale en actionnant une vingtaine de cloches. Un hymne au monde rural.

Symphonie pastorale is a tall and narrow micro-architectural structure that resembles a church steeple. The symbol of the steeple acts as a point of reference for both time and place, and always represents the notion of centrality. Here, the nerve centre has been moved to the very core of  Sancy: the pastoral activity. Moving the steeple to a different location brings into question the way in which farming spaces are perceived, how they evolve and transform.Visitors will be able to blend into rural life, and compose their very own pastoral symphony by ringing the twenty-odd bells. A hymn to the rural world.
